Ingredients Recap:
1 package of frozen potstickers
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
2 green onions, sliced (reserve some for garnish)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Broth:
In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
Add the garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce to the pot. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Cook the Mushrooms:
Add the sliced mushrooms to the simmering broth. Cook for 3–5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
