A horrible list was recently disclosed by the group about a young Oklahoma child whose abuse was inflicted upon him by his drunken parents before he was put in the custody of the foster care system. The boy's life was devoid of love and the ordinary joys of adolescence. He had never known anything other than malnutrition and abandonment.
