A Delicious and Healthy Homemade Bread Recipe for Breakfast


What You Need:
1 cup of rolled oats and 2 cups of whole wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1/100 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
a tablespoon of extracurricular olive oil
3/4 cups of hot water
Sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chopped walnuts, or any other nuts or seeds you want are optional toppings.
Getting Ready
Gather All of the Yeast Ingredients: Combine one teaspoon of honey or maple syrup with warm water to dissolve the yeast in a small dish. If you want it to become foamy, give it 5 to 10 minutes to sit. Because it gets the yeast going, this is a very important stage.
Combine the Dry Ingredients: Add salt, rolled oats, and whole wheat flour to a large bowl and stir to incorporate. Thoroughly combine.
Put all the ingredients together: To the dry ingredients, add the yeast mixture, the rest of the honey or syrup, and the olive oil. Work the ingredients together until a dough starts to come together. It need to have a tiny stickyness, but still be workable.
